Our weekend started out with a fun dinner with some of our close friends on Friday. While there we ladies decided we wanted to go see a movie. So we put kids in baths and then met for dessert and a cocktail. The movie we went to see...
We had a great spontaneous girls' night out!!
Saturday, Justin was on duty so Kendall and I went to a birthday party at the The Children's Museum for her friend, Harper. Kendall had lots of fun!! Of course, the HEB store was her favorite!!

Justin came over for a little bit and brought the ambulance. Kendall was sort of impress with it, but NOT the siren at all!!
My parents came over for a little bit and took Kendall home with them for the night. Kendall was so excited, she hurried and kissed me and headed out the door!! I think she was afraid I would change my mind!!
Sunday, I had to work a little bit and then Justin and I had a nice lunch and did some errands and cleaned the house!!
We had a great weekend and I hope everyone did the same.
After much discussion, Justin & I finally decided to put Kendall in gymnastics!! Today was her first day and she just looked to cute in her leotard!!
Now at first she was very shy and I had to go on the mat with her. The coaches were very gracious and didn't laugh when I tried to stretch too!!
About 25 minutes into it, she started to let go and really have fun! At the end of the lesson, she said she didn't want to leave and wanted to do it all again! But when I told her we were going to do this again next week, she replied "no, I don't want to come back"!! So you knows how next week is going to go!!
Just a little side note: I'm sitting here listening to the rain storm, yes I said rain storm! Thank you Lord for the much needed rain!!

Now that I have our computer back, I can give some highlights of our last two weeks!
Kendall and I went to a baby shower for my friend Max, and his wife that are expecting a baby in September. Max is a CRNA that I work with and a Texas Tech fan, so we always have fun working together!! The shower was at another CRNA's house and it was so cute! They have a pool in their backyard, and of course that is the very first thing Kendall's eyes zeroed in on!!

That night when Kendall was talking to Justin on the phone, he asked her if she went to a party. And this is all she had to say:
J: Did you go to a party?
K: yes, I saw simming pool (swimming pool).
J: You did? Did you have fun?
K: I saw simming pool and Mommy said no simming!!
She didn't tell Justin that she helped open the presents, took over the stroller, and ate 2 cupcakes. All she could tell her daddy was that there was a swimming pool and I wouldn't let her go swimming!!
Kendall and I also went to my parents' house two weekends in a row. We always have a great time there, just hanging out and getting spoiled! One of favorite toys is her soccer ball. I got a cute video of her and Uncle Ryan playing soccer. Ryan was trying to teach her how to stop the ball with her feet, but Kendall would stop the ball with her hands, and then put her foot on the ball!!
Justin got home on Friday, and Kendall has been glued to his hip since then!! We are so happy to have our Dabby back!
It has been such a Monday, I don't even know where to begin!!
1. I woke up 30 minutes later than I was suppose to!
2. Our Robot cases ran unnaturally long!!
3. I went to the store after work and left with 5 items. Not to bad except none of them were the ONE item I went to by on the first place!!
Now this is the best one yet:
4. I locked us out of the house!! I should also mention that I had cold groceries on the counter, along with our take out, and I had no shoes!!
Luckly I have a very sweet neighbor who let us stay over while I tried to get a hold of Justin!!

Sunday I had every intention for Kendall and me to go to Church. But I was on call Saturday night and worked until 3am so we didn't make it. My friend Amy stayed with me that night and took Kendall home with her Sunday morning so I could get some sleep! That afternoon we spent a lot of time at the pool!! Kendall loves the water, but she won't stay above the water!! I swear my daughter is a little fish!!
Monday Justin was off duty so he picked Kendall up early from school. She gets very excited when she can go to or be picked up from school in the big truck!! We went out to eat and just enjoyed family time!!
Yesterday I surprised Justin with special date. We went to eat Mexican food and then went to see "Horrible Bosses". That was the second time I saw it and I still thought it was hilarious!!
Last night Kendall was coughing all night and today at school and has a fever so I took her to the doctor and sure enough she has an upper respiratory infection. Poor Baby!!We went to the grocery store and then just snuggled on the couch and watched cartoons!
Justin is leaving on Friday for two weeks and is taking the computer. So if I don't blog much or at all, you will know why!!
