Lake Time Fun!

This evening we went out to the lake for some crawfish and music. Kendall and I just ate a hamburger! It was a nice evening and the bands were quite enjoyable!!

Gardening Fun!

Today Kendall and I set out to Lowe's to buy flowers. As we were leaving, Justin warned us to not go crazy....well two hours later we cane back with two flats of flowers, a tree, three bushes, and an Elmo gardening purse. O, and ten bags of mulch!! I don't think we went to crazy!!

See those three small bushes in the background? Well there is a little story about those! I decided that I was going to dig all three holes at a time. While I was digging the last of the holes, I had my back turned to the other two holes. All of a sudden I heard Justin ask Kendall what she was doing. In response Kendall said "Tindall helping Dabby". As I turned around I saw that my helpful daughter was using her new Elmo shovel to shovel the dirt back into my freshly dug holes! Kendall saw me and she said "Tindall helping Mommy"! Justin distracted Kendall long enough for me to re dig the holes and plant the bushes. As I started with the other plants, I kept thinking something didn't look right. Sure enough, I had somehow got my measurements wrong and the new plants weren't lined up with the existing ones. So I had to re dig holes for the third time!

They Sold Their House Party!!

Our good friends Adam & Megan recently sold their house...in 12 days to be exact!! Though they aren't moving until July, they have to be out of their house soon. So, today they had a "We Sold Our House" Party. Yes, the whole idea of the party was sad to me, but we did have a great time. Adam made brisket and we had plenty of appetizers and desserts to go along with it!

A couple of weekends ago, we had our good friends, Adam, Megan, and Baby Abby over for dinner. Kendall just loves Abby! In fact, every doll in our house is named Baby Abby! Here are a couple of cute pictures!!

March 17th....just isn't St. Paddy's Day to me.

March 17th...is a date I'll always remember.

March 17th, 2007 is when I married my best friend.

These four years have been fast and furious, but I wouldn't change them for anything!!

I'll never stop thanking God for bringing Justin into my life!

Bumblebees & Music!!

Today over on Kelly's Corner is all about birthdays! I love parties, though Justin says I get a little too stressed out over them!! We have had two big parties here at our house!

The first one was Kendall's first birthday party and was a bumblebee theme!!

I wanted to just enjoy the party so I hired my good friend Amy with AG Hoskins Photography to take pictures of the party for me. She and her husband are fabulous photographers!!

Kendall absolutely loves music. So for her second birthday, I chose a music theme!!

I cut out music notes, and Justin "gladly" hung them up for me!!

was on the wrong setting, so I didn't get good pictures!

My Wonderful Family!

This week for Show Us Your Life Friday, Kelly is giving everyone a moment to celebrate our families! I'm so proud of where I come from, so I  wanted to tell you a little about my family!!

These are my wonderful parents!! I could not ask for a better set of people to raise me and to be grandparent to my daughter! They always support me in everything I do even if they don't necessarily agree. They stand by me when I make a mistake or get hurt and they are my biggest fans. I'm so very proud to have been chosen to be their daughter!

This is my brother Ryan. Though you can't see him all that well, this is one of my favorite pictures of him and Kendall together! He is the best uncle and my favorite brother. (Yes, he is my only brother, but still my favorite!!) He is a good voice of reason. He also has the biggest heart and will do anything for his family and friends. I'm very lucky to be his little sister.
